CyramedX ASC

CyramedX ASC is a functionality rich complete EHR solution developed specifically for the Ambulatory Surgery Center market. It mimics real-world processes and workflows at home in multi-specialty or single specialty ambulatory surgery center facilities thereby dramatically reducing the time required for clinicians and office personnel to learn the system.

CyramedX ASC enables healthcare facilities to move from paper-based medical records to a fully computerized system simply, efficiently and painlessly. The system’s intuitive graphic user interface (GUI) allows facilities to digitally duplicate their existing paper-based forms in a virtual 3D environment. Functionality highlights of CyramedX ASC include:
Scheduling: Custom screen views of your daily, weekly, and monthly patient and provider appointment schedules.
Dashboards: Custom screen widgets that can offer a variety of consolidated and summarized data such as task lists, open orders, unsigned op-notes etc.

Case Management: Allows for full case management and control such as the ability to dynamically add additional forms to sases by specialty, lock cases, apply case holds etc.

Forms Packs: Allows for custom-built form packs (by provider, procedure, etc.) which provide a one-click approach to adding a batch of forms to a case.

Messaging: Uses a unique internal secure messaging system that supports patient-related message activity, patient calls, and staff message tracking.

Task Manager: Allows users to assign or view important patient-related activities or tasks while enhancing communications between staff and departments.

Fax Management: Supports the digital sending and receiving of faxed patient records directly into the EHR system.

Imaging Module: Uses the system’s own imaging module to allow the scanning of patient-related paper documentation directly into the appropriate sections of the chart for immediate access. CyramedX’s imaging module also allows for direct interfacing with imaging hardware for automated image retrieval and storage.

Orders Module (CPOE): This covers both in-patient and out-patient order entry and tracking and provides the ability to have full order set management within the system including medication administration, prescription of drugs, labs ordering and retrieval as well as physician and nurses orders.

Drugs Module/E-prescribing: Fully integrated into the Surescripts national drug database which provides drug-to-drug, drug-to-allergy duplicate therapy checks.

Visual MAR Module: No need for a paper MAR any longer! CyramedX ASC can provide you with the most graphic/visual MAR (Medication Administration Record) available for any EHR system in the market today.

Clinical Data Reporting: The ability to report on any data elements of patient documentation within CyramedX ASC as well as designing your own custom reports utilizing a point & click or drag and drop interface. All reports provide the ability to export data to Excel, PDF and HTML.

Peer Review: Provides quick access for administrators to submit a user defined percentage of cases to be pulled and redacted for submission to peer review.

Record Requisition Fulfillment: Allows staff to extract, encrypt, protect, email, and fax pages, or entire patient records, or cases, enabling staff to fill third party requests for patient information in mere seconds.

Patient Flow Monitor: Enables you to track each patient’s location in your facility, providers on the case, and treatment stage/status in real-time optimizing staff efficiency and resource utilization all while displaying a HIPPA-compliant screen in the waiting room for patient’s family members.

Source Medical Solutions Interfaces: CyramedX ASC sold by Source Medical under the brand name SourcePlus EHR features a uni-directional interface (scheduling and demographic data) to their SIS management platform and a bi-directional interface (scheduling, demographic, case history and supply utilization data sets) to their Advantx and Vision informatics systems.

Device Integration: CyramedX provides integration with bedside and surgical monitors such as Datascope, NaviCare, Omnicell Drug Dispencing units and many more. Please inquire about our custom interfacing capabilities.
