Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel 70% during the week and be an excellent self-manager. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
• Remote on-site installations, support, classroom training, and assistance with the development of training and application support materials.
• Delivers product training to staff, clients and partners. Including training at various client locations as well as our main training facility in Palmetto Bay, Florida.
• Plans and delivers Mountain Medical approved courses in support of customer expectations.
• Provides primary support in a well communicated timely, professional, and efficient manner as per established procedures.
• Effectively manages and documents the status of the implementation process and ongoing application support for the call center via the Mountain Medical CRM application.
• Facilitate the success of Training, Documentation, Customer services or the Company as a whole
• Client pre-production consulting and deployment methodologies, client post production training and support along with work on various documentation projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred with software training/support in a Healthcare/Medical environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to rapidly adapt and contribute to a rapidly growing company and work tight timelines and pressure is a must.
• Experience with healthcare information systems preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite (proficient), including Excel and Access Software training and Implementation
Job Description:
This position requires extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as proven experience working with CRM software. The perfect candidate is a sales department pro, has previously supported a fast-paced sales department (preferably in the software industry), will have strong communication skills along with an innate drive for discipline and organization. This position supports the sales and marketing department exclusively. Other duties will include assisting regional sales staff, preparation and processing of expense reports, coordinating submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales process, maintaining department database records, serving as a liaison between traveling sales representatives and staff based in the home office as well as assisting with trade show and event planning, creating or updating presentation software files, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external creative service providers. Other administrative duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors along with filing, and faxing documents. Strong computer and organization skills are a must.
